We work with the best logistics operators in order to make sure your shipement is not delayed. The shipping service includes dedicated deliveries at home. We kindly ask you to provide your phone number to facilitate your contact, and the full delicvery address including house/apartment number, street number, area name/number, etc... If there is any stock contingency, we will inform you about the delivery time when purchasing the product.
The shipping companies are off during public holidays for private sectors. However we are working 24/7 and taking your orders.
During weekends our shipping partners are off according to their operational hours. Shipping resumes on Mondays. For example, if you made an order on a weekend night past the collection times, your order will be picked up on Monday. We do our best to facilitate delivery to your location.
This happens when the customer doesn't answer the calls or messages from the shipping companies, and also when the customer's shipping address is not clear or incomplete.
Customers are responsible to write their correct and full address with proper details and description so the delivery courier can find their location easily. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments caused by unclear or incomplete shipping address or customer not responding to calls or messages.
If your packages ever do get lost in transit, we take full responsibility and either refund you or send out a new product.
We have efficient delivery couriers working with us. However for some areas it is not possible to reach (which is very rare), the customer is requested to collect the shipment from the nearest shipping office to his location.
